Lacamas Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to join our overnight NOC shift team. Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to post-acute and long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support CNAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
