Requirements

  • Active RN license in good standing (Iowa or ability to activate).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Understanding of long-term care regulations and best practices.
  • Strong commitment to person-centered care, empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
  • Serve as Charge Nurse and support CNAs and LPNs during the shift.
  • Ensure residents receive compassionate, safe, and high-quality care.
  • Document assessments, treatments, and responses according to facility policies.
  • Support residents and their families through effective communication and care coordination.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
