Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time 6PM–6AM | Belle Plaine Specialty Care Belle Plaine Specialty Care, part of the Care Initiatives network, is now hiring a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time for the 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM shift. Requirements

Current RN license in good standing (Iowa or ability to activate)
Valid CPR certification
Compassionate, respectful, and team-oriented approach to resident care

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
Supervise and support nursing staff and CNAs during your shift
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with physicians and families
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
