About The Position

Fulton County Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our General Surgery office team. As part of this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a smooth experience for patients throughout their surgical process.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Ohio license
• Previous office experience preferred
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) software is preferred
• Strong multitasking skills
• Must enjoy working with people and be a team player
• Knowledge of bariatric surgery is desired

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters as directed by the provider
• Escort/assist patients to exam rooms
• Take and record patient vitals
• Prepare patients for exams and procedures
• Assist during surgical and non-surgical procedures
• Handle patient phone calls and communicate with other healthcare offices and facilities
