Are you a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a stable, full-time night shift role where you can lead a clinical team? Lone Tree Post Acute is seeking a dedicated RN to supervise our nursing activities during the NOC Shift. Requirements

  • Licensure: Must possess a valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Leadership Ability: Strong supervisory skills and the ability to manage a clinical team independently.
  • Clinical Expertise: Solid understanding of post-acute care regulations and best practices.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to ensure seamless shift hand-offs.
  • Reliability: A commitment to the full-time NOC shift schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty, ensuring all care meets federal, state, and local standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the DON and ADON to implement and maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support the CNA and LVN staff, providing guidance and intervention in clinical situations as they arise.
  • Patient Assessment: Monitor resident conditions throughout the night, ensuring all treatments and medications are administered with precision.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all nursing activities are documented accurately and are in full accordance with facility policies and government regulations.
