About The Position

Advocate Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Per Diem (PRN - as needed) role at the District 21 Wheeling Health Center. This position is part of Aurora Medical Group (AMG), a component of Advocate Health, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit health systems. The RN will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The role emphasizes using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.
