Requirements

• Active Maryland RN license or multi-state compact license
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
• Reliable transportation
• Occasional evening or weekend availability

Nice To Haves

• Home Health, Hospice, or Geriatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conducting skilled in-home nursing assessments
• Creating and updating individualized care plans
• Providing medication administration and nursing interventions
• Monitoring and documenting changes in condition
• Communicating with families, caregivers, and providers
• Coordinating referrals and community resources
• Maintaining accurate, compliant documentation
