The Inpatient Surgery Department at Saint Mary’s Hospital is a 23-bed unit specializing in the pre- and post-operative care of patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures. These include, but are not limited to, bariatric, orthopedic, ortho-trauma, neuro-spine, mastectomy, urological, gynecological, and gastrointestinal surgeries. Your Role As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will: Deliver direct, hands-on care to patients with complex surgical needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on promoting recovery and restoring patients to their pre-surgical level of wellness. Provide exceptional care and support for patients requiring overnight or extended post-operative stays.
