About The Position

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team one day per week (Wednesdays only) on our day shift. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus This role is ideal for nurses looking for work-life balance, supplemental income, or a flexible schedule. What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care while supporting the health and well-being of our residents. Requirements

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Knowledge and experience working with senior communities in a long-term care facility.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, family members, doctors, and co-workers.
  • Ability to organize, supervise, delegate and provide leadership.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Must have completed or be willing to complete educational requirements imposed by State regulations within the specified timeframe.
  • Must present self in a professional manner, display genuine concern for elderly, and use tact in dealing with others.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s and/or dementia.
  • At least one year full-time clinical experience in a Home Health agency or related community health program.
