About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position offers a consistent 36-hour work week with a mix of day and night shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays. Schedule: Two (2) 12-hour day shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM One shift in a Charge Nurse role One shift in a Treatment Nurse role One (1) 12-hour night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Charge Nurse role

Requirements

Current, active RN license in the State of Maine
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, residents, families, and supervisors
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, policies, and best practices
Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff on assigned shift
Coordinate and delegate assignments to ensure appropriate staffing and workload distribution
Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Communicate effectively with providers, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided
Promote a safe environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions
Address concerns, incidents, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
Support compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational policies
Serve as a role model and resource to staff, fostering a positive team environment
