Registered Nurse (RN), Casual / Scheduled Afternoons
About The Position
We are hiring a dedicated, compassionate nurse Registered Nurse (RN), Scheduled Casual to provide resident-focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters Scheduled Casual Registered Nurse (RN) every other Monday afternoon (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm). You can pick up additional shifts as available. Convent home environment/eldercare setting in Chicago, IL (60659, West Peterson Ave, near Lincolnwood and North Park neighborhoods). The hourly pay rate for RNs for this position is $38.48 - $53.82. Wage will be determined based on the candidate's relevant work experience/qualifications, and internal equity. Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse where the convent home is located.
- Current license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred.

- Long-term care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Our nurses (RNs) are responsible and accountable for the direct care of elder Franciscan sisters.
- The nurses manage multiple priorities and assist in overseeing Nurse Aides to ensure that the sisters are receiving the highest quality of care and support. The nurses assist other nursing staff with a variety of resident care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the resident.
- Distributes medication, maintains narcotic records, and resident records, and performs charting duties.
