Visit Registered Nurse, RN - $5k Bonus
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our North Boston Visits team and work with clients on a per visit basis. This is a full time opportunity for coverage of Somerville, Malden, Revere, and surrounding towns. Please note that at least one year of recent acute clinical experience as an RN is required; Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is strongly preferred. Learn and expand your clinical skills caring for clinically complex level patients in the home Perform 5-6+ visits per day in a small geographical territory, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition
Requirements
- A current MA nursing license in good standing
- At least one year of recent acute clinical experience as an RN is required
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of med/surg experience strongly preferred.
- Previous home healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Learn and expand your clinical skills caring for clinically complex level patients in the home
