Requirements
- Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Ability to work a consistent NOC (Night) schedule.
- A genuine passion for elevating the standard of care in a post-acute and rehab setting.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Lead patient care during the NOC shift, serving as the primary clinical point of contact.
- Expert Assessment: Monitor patient stability, advocate for their needs, and coordinate directly with physicians.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to update and execute individualized care plans.
- Quality Nursing: Deliver skilled care—including medication administration and charting—with precision and compassion.
