About The Position
Belle Plaine Specialty Care, a 46-bed long-term care skilled nursing community located in Belle Plaine, IA, is now hiring! Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time 6AM–6PM | Belle Plaine Specialty Care Belle Plaine Specialty Care, part of the Care Initiatives network, is now hiring a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time for the 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift. At Care Initiatives, we provide exceptional care across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our residents through clinical excellence and compassionate care.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing (Iowa or ability to activate)
- Valid CPR certification
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred
- Compassionate, respectful, and team-oriented approach to resident care

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Supervise and support nursing staff and CNAs during your shift
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with physicians and families
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
