About The Position
Overview Empower Healing & Inspire Hope as a Registered Nurse in Addiction at the Recovery Village Indianapolis FT Night positions available, $3/hr Night Shift Differential Advanced Recovery Systems is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance abuse, and mental health issues. We put behavioral health front and center, providing assistance to people with substance abuse issues, addictions and mental health concerns. The Recovery Village Indianapolis (RVI) is an addiction treatment center with a continuum of care for anyone struggling with substance use disorders. 71 beds, 15 beds for Detox, 34 beds for Residential, and 22 beds for Partial Hospitalization Program/Intensive Outpatient Treatment. Take the first step toward making a difference and saving lives. Pay Minimum USD $39.00/Hr. Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) performs a wide variety of job duties during a shift, caring for and educating patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions. Establishing trust and building rapport with patients and their families are key elements of this position. Requirements
- Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum two years' experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Behavioral health experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients seeking addiction and mental health treatment
- Monitor patient progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
- Ability to administer medications as indicated and monitor detoxification process.
- Ability to assess the medical and psychiatric needs of the patient determine the urgency of their needs and expedite treatment is required.
- Ability to educate patients about medications, health issues and medical conditions.
