MONTHLY BONUS OPPORTUNITY (UP TO $9,000 PER YEAR) + GENEROUS SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS (weekday overnights, weekend days & weekend overnights) + 100% Company-paid medical insurance up to family coverage! Compensation ranges, including differentials (if applicable) by shift: Nights: $51.00-$58.00/hr Weekend Nights: $57.00-$64.00/hr Opt-out of medical insurance coverage for additional compensation. The Registered Nurse assesses, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. Actively engage in the health care team, offering both direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians. Assess the physical and psychological conditions of patients continuously throughout their care journey. Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of SPBH. Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values. Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges. Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required and able to produce a valid Washington State RN license.
- A minimum of three years experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
- Demonstrate exceptional crisis management and time management skills.
- Showcase your flexibility and creativity, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exhibit a calm, organized, and professional demeanor even in the face of stressful situations.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
