Private Duty High Tech Registered Nurse-RN Needed for Magnolia Area-Weekend PRN
About The Position
RN High Tech- Private Duty 7am-7pm Every other Saturday or Sunday Assignment located in Magnolia, Texas High Tech RN Needed to be a part of an Amazing Care Team! You Must have experience with Trach/Vent as well as TPN, accessing PICC lines, Port-a-cath (accessing and de-accessing). We will equip you with the resources and team support along with necessary personal protective equipment so that you can feel confident and safe when you care for your clients. Requirements
- High Tech experience in Vent Care, Trach Care, Enteral Nutrition, Central Line Care/Maintenance
- Unencumbered TX license as a Registered Nurse.
- One (1) year of nursing experience required; three (3) years preferred
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities
- Home Health assignments will include implementing treatment and plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes
- Perform all skill, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice as defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency
