Requirements

• Active RN license in California
• 1 year of RN experience within the last 3 years
• Current CPR (AHA or Red Cross, live demo)
• Negative TB test or Chest X-ray (within 12 months)
• Recent Physical Exam (within 12 months)
• Completed Skills Assessment
• Completion of Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care based on physician orders and care plans
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments
• Educate patients and families on care and recovery
• Document accurately and report changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals
