Registered Nurse (RN) - One Day Surgery (ODS)
About The Position
HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our One Day Surgery (ODS) unit. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a fast-paced environment. PACU experience preferred. Position Specifics: Department: Surgery Core Function: Nursing Schedule: Full time: 36 hours per week. 1st week, 10 hour shifts. 2nd week 8 hour shifts. Start time varies between 5:30am-7:30am. . Weekend call only every 7th weekend. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
- Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
- PACU experience preferred.
