Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in good standing in New Jersey

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you
• Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders
• Monitor and assess client conditions
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
