Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time, 2PM–10PM Lantern Park Specialty Care • Coralville, IA | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Make a Difference Every Evening as a Charge Nurse Lantern Park Specialty Care, part of Care Initiatives, Iowa’s network of over 40 skilled nursing communities, is hiring a Full-Time Evening RN (2PM–10PM). Requirements

• Current Iowa RN license (or ability to activate quickly)
• CPR certification
• Strong commitment to empathy, professionalism, and resident-centered care

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Charge Nurse, coordinating care for residents during evening shifts
• Mentor and support nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain compliance with long-term care regulations
• Promote resident well-being through attentive, compassionate care
