About The Position

Gulfcoast Healthcare Group is seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team as an Injection Specialist. This part-time role focuses on administering injections, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining high standards of patient care in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• Prior experience administering injections in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs

Nice To Haves

• BLS Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Administering injections to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Ensuring accurate dosage and proper injection techniques
• Educating patients on the procedure and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Providing support and assistance to patients throughout their visit, including pre- and post-injection care
• Upholding the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality
