About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) at Villa Healthcare is a fulfilling role where you can make a significant difference in the lives of residents. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care under the supervision of the Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), and/or Director of Nursing (DON). Your duties will include assessing, implementing, and evaluating care plans for residents, ensuring adherence to nursing standards, and managing the environment to maintain resident safety. You will supervise nursing assistants and staff, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. In this role, you will make frequent rounds to monitor resident conditions and ensure that nursing personnel are performing their duties effectively. You will provide licensed care as ordered by physicians, maintain cleanliness in work areas, and monitor nursing supplies. Regular attendance at staff meetings is expected, and you will direct and supervise certified nursing assistant services to ensure compliance with care standards. You will also be responsible for conducting resident assessments, documenting care provided, and communicating any changes in resident conditions to the appropriate personnel. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
