About The Position

We Staff Healthcare LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team at Margaret Tietz Nursing & Rehab, a Skilled Nursing Facility. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and implementing individualized care plans. This role requires effective communication skills and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Current New York State RN License in good standing
• BLS Certification
• Minimum Associate's Degree
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Recent physical including TB Screen & MMR Titers
• COVID-19 vaccination record
• 1 year of RN experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections.
• Fill in patients' charts accurately.
• Implement physicians' orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and procedures as required.
• Document treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.
