About The Position

Atrium Health Cabarrus is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Weekender position in the 3H Cardiac Telemetry and Progressive Care unit. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry and progressive care setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions. The position requires a commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The RN will work part-time during the day shift on weekends, contributing to the continuity of care for patients in the unit.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous experience in telemetry or progressive care nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cardiac telemetry monitoring.
• Certification in Progressive Care Nursing (PCCN) is a plus.
