Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- A caring heart and a strong work ethic — our residents deserve the best!
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.
- Supervise and support STNAs and LPNs to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
- Monitor, document, and communicate resident conditions and changes.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote holistic resident care.
- Be a weekend care hero — ensuring our residents receive the same great care 24/7!
