Our Weekend Warrior program is perfect for nurses who love providing quality care but want their weekdays free. Work smart, make an impact, and enjoy the rewards of caring for our residents in a team-oriented, supportive environment. What You'll Do: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. Supervise and support STNAs and LPNs to ensure excellent resident outcomes. Monitor, document, and communicate resident conditions and changes. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote holistic resident care. Be a weekend care hero - ensuring our residents receive the same great care 24/7! Schedule & Pay: Work every weekend (Friday PM - Sunday PM or Saturday/Sunday 12-hour shifts) Weekend premium pay rate - we value your time and commitment! Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • A caring heart and a strong work ethic - our residents deserve the best!

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
