West Janisch Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care during weekend shifts. Requirements

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas (required).
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a multidisciplinary team effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care across all units during weekend shifts.
• Monitor clinical performance and ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed and assist with complex clinical situations.
• Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and communicate updates to physicians, families, and leadership.
• Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care and positive team morale.
• Participate in rounds, audits, and shift reports to maintain continuity of care.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely communication between departments.
