What You'll Do in This Role: Deliver Comprehensive Care: Provide nursing services in primary and specialty outpatient facilities, non-acute community settings, and through telehealth encounters, ensuring accessible care for all patients. Exercise Professional Autonomy: Take responsibility for your nursing practice by making informed decisions and promoting health, recognizing that quality care is a universal right. Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with patients and a multidisciplinary team to assess concerns, identify issues, and integrate both subjective and objective data. Implement and Evaluate Care Plans: Develop tailored care plans, apply appropriate interventions, and continuously evaluate patient outcomes to enhance overall care quality. This position will work the following: 64 hours per pay period No Weekends No Holidays 8 Hour Shifts Day Shift: 7:30AM - 5:00PM
Requirements
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
- Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.
