Are you living your life's work? LOCATION: Lancaster General Hospital Lancaster, PA HOURS: Full Time (36 hours per week). Evenings (3pm start). Every other weekend. The Vascular Access Team is dedicated to promote a self-directed and accountable nursing team that drives practice to improve patient vascular care and outcomes. The Vascular Access Team has been instrumental in developing the nurse driven protocols for removal of peripheral and central lines. This empowered team, provides leadership, mentoring, and promotes evidence-based practice while demonstrative relationship based care to individuals with the goal to progress toward a healthier community. The team facilitates the vascular needs at our main hospital on Duke Street, Women and Babies Hospital, and also collaborates with hospitals in our community (i.e. Rehab Hospital).
