Requirements

Graduate of an accredited RN program.
Current Massachusetts and Connecticut RN license required so coverage can be provided at Bloomfield location if needed. CPR required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification preferred.
Learning how to do urodynamic testing - must be able to bend and squat for periods of times
Flexibility to meet the coverage needs of the department.
Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks

Nice To Haves

National certification in area of specialty
Three (3) to four (4) years of related clinical and/or hospital experience, or previous experience in a hospital or ambulatory care setting preferred.

Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.
Understanding of computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office.
