About The Position

Coordinates total patient nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. 72hrs per week 7p-7:30a every third weekend and rotating holidays in accordance with CBA. Requirements

• Graduate from a state accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license required.
• Prior employment experience in the appropriate clinical setting is preferred for Staff Registered Nurse positions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced based medicine and individualized patient care.
• Facilitates all aspects of the patient visit experience.
