Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in the State of Connecticut.
• Recent experience in long-term care or acute care (preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
• On-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the healthcare team to meet the diverse needs of residents.
• Ensure residents receive exceptional care that goes beyond their expectations.
• Create a warm and supportive environment for residents.
