About The Position
Evergreen Post Acute in Smyrna, DE is ACTIVELY SEEKING a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our "Dynamic Team" of Caring & Compassionate staff touching the lives of our residents. This RN Unit Manager position is primarily Monday through Friday with a rotating Nurse on Call.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient's examinations and/or questions.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies.
- Attend daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team.
- Supervise the nurses and nurse aides on the unit.
- Ensure proper documentation is being completed.
- Participate in care plans with the clinical team.
