Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing.

• Acute, Primary Care, and Triage experience.
• BLS certification.

• Experience working with geriatric patients.
• Bilingual in Spanish or other languages spoken in the community.
• Experience in a community-based clinic or public health department.
• Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical team workflows and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Conduct triage, education for patients, families, and staff, and daily nursing activities.
• Work with Providers and Center Management to optimize clinical operations.
• Implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to national standards and state regulations for nursing, medicine, and pharmacy practices.
• Oversee clinical quality and patient safety through staff training and development.
• Maintain and enforce clinical processes, policies, and procedures.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and uphold exceptional standards of care.
