About The Position

The Trauma/Surgical Critical Care RN provides high-acuity bedside care to critically ill trauma and post-operative surgical patients. Nurses in this role collaborate closely with trauma surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the critical care team to manage ventilators, titrate drips, and respond to rapid or code situations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent trauma, surgical ICU, or comparable critical care experience.
• Tennessee RN License or Compact License (active and in hand).
• BLS – American Heart Association certification.
• ACLS – American Heart Association certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with trauma-level charting systems preferred.
• Strong critical care assessment and ventilator management skills.
