Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as an RN in a hospital PACU or Critical Care Unit.
Current valid NJ State professional Registered Nurse license.
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
ACLS (obtainable within the first three months of employment).
PALS (obtainable within the first three months of employment).
Successful completion of a Basic Arrhythmia Training.
Ability to initiate IV therapy, blood specimen collection, point of care testing, perform EKG, phlebotomy (skills obtainable within the first three months of employment).
Ability to manage a patient’s airway including us of mechanical ventilation
