About The Position
As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will evaluate assigned patients and plan, implement and document their nursing care.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience in suicide prevention required
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Nice To Haves
- PALS preferred
- EKG experience preferred
Responsibilities
- perform various patient tests
- administer medications

- educate patients and their families on various conditions, self-care skills and medications
- assist physician during examinations
