About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Telemetry Stepdown unit. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients with cardiac and medical conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Active RN license (Ohio or Compact)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
• Ability to adapt to change and work in diverse care settings

Nice To Haves

• Completion of ECG interpretation training (preferred/expected on unit)

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and culturally competent patient care
• Monitor and assess cardiac patients, responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
• Adhere to nursing standards, ethical guidelines, and scope of practice
