About The Position

The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospital setting, specifically in inpatient and emergency department units that provide 24/7 care. The RN will protect, promote, and restore health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of licensure, collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. Responsibilities include assessing and supporting physical symptoms, providing psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentoring assigned team members, promoting best practices, and maintaining a professional disposition at all times.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan).
• Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS certification required prior to start date of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
• Basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft applications.

Benefits

• $3,000-9,000 Sign-On Bonus (New Grads: $3,000, 1+ Years of Experience: $9,000).
• Pay range for this position is $32.61 - $49.28/hour based on years of licensure.
• 3rd shift differential: $4.00/hour.
• Weekend differential: $3.25/hour.
