Requirements

• Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Graduate from an accredited NLN School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff.
• Implement the Hospital's Mission and goals through established policies, procedures and performance improvement activities.
• Administer individualized age-specific professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital.
• Assess each patient's age-specific needs and determine age-specific treatment modalities.
