About The Position
Description – Unit Information SCC6 is a 30 bed Surgical Oncology/MICU stepdown. SCC6 has 24 beds that specialize in gynecologic cancers, whipple/pancreaticduodenectomy procedures, brachytherapy treatment, breast, plastic surgery, & telemetry monitoring. Requirements
- Diploma RN, Associate or Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited program
- An Ohio RN license is not required to be considered for this position. If selected to move forward, employment offers may be made contingent on candidate successfully obtaining RN license within time frame discussed at the time of offer acceptance.
- Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Prior experience on a related unit or specialty in a practicum, internship or STNA/PCNA/NAII is preferred
