About The Position

Maine Health Medical Group's Surgical Supportive Cancer Care team is urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join us in a vital per diem role with Monday-Friday, day shift opportunities. Summary: The Registered Nurse II - Ambulatory role uses professional nursing processes to assess the needs of patients and families calling or presenting for care in the physician office and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
  • Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • One year of RN experience required.
  • Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Registered Nurse I - Ambulatory Care role.
