Position Highlights
• Work location: Texas Health Azle, 108 Denver Trail Azle, TX 76020.
• Work environment: Surgery Department (Endoscopy, Podiatry, Orthopedics and General Surgery cases)
• Work hours: 36 hours per week Fulltime Days
• Call required (must take call at least 1 weekend and a few weekdays a month)

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or
• Associate's Degree Nursing Req Or
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing Pref
• Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Req
• 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program Req
• RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req
