Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
Responsibilities
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
- The RN Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
- The Registered Nurse Supervisory regularly rounds on nursing units.
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
- The RN Supervisor facilitates communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties or outside vendors as needed to ensure resident care needs are appropriately met.
