We can provide support and guidance for months, and not just a few days or weeks. RN SUPERVISOR – Community Hospice - Saratoga/Washington/Montgomery Counties If you are an experienced RN looking for a Supervisory position and have a passion for Hospice nursing, this could be your opportunity! Work days are Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. On-call rotation for evening and weekend every 6 weeks. Position Highlights: Quality of Life: Where career opportunities and quality of life converge Advancement: Strong orientation program, generous tuition allowance and career development Work/Life: Positions and shifts to accommodate all schedules What you will do: The Community Hospice has a rewarding opportunity for an RN Supervisor to lead our RN Care Managers, LPNs and Home Health Aides who are caring for Hospice patients/families at home in Saratoga, Washington, and Montgomery Counties.
Requirements
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
- Associates degree in Nursing required. BSN preferred.
- Prior Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years Hospice, acute care, or homecare RN experience required.
- Prior Hospice experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with the team's RN Clinical Lead, other RN Supervisors, the hospice interdisciplinary team, and Directors to ensure high quality end of life care to patients and families.
- Support and develop our nursing team.
