Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Current, active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
  • Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.

  • Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality care
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Monitor staffing effectiveness and quality metrics, including CMS Nursing Home Compare outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care and outcomes
  • Review and oversee resident care plans, assessments, and documentation, while providing mentorship and performance feedback to nursing staff
