Registered Nurse | RN Supervisor| Every Other Weekend
About The Position
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a weekend opportunity. This role involves ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. The RN will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities also include resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals. Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
Responsibilities
