Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA (just off the Route 309 Spring House exit). Available shift: Per Diem In this role, you will supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to the residents in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

Requirements

Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
Current or eligible for certification in CPR
Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills

Responsibilities

Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to the residents
Prepares, reviews, and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance and makes arrangements for replacements as necessary.
Assists the Director of Nursing in the job performance evaluation of nursing personnel.
