About The Position

Join our team and grow with us both professionally and personally! Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in our skilled nursing neighborhood. In this role, you will supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to the residents in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Prepares, reviews, and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance and makes arrangements for replacements as necessary. Assists the Director of Nursing in the job performance evaluation of nursing personnel.

Requirements

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to residents.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules.
• Ensure attendance and make arrangements for replacements as necessary.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in evaluating the job performance of nursing personnel.
